If the suction generated feels uncomfortable, gently press the valve to open it and regulate the suction.4. If you feel the suction dropping, press the centre of the back to increase the suction. This suction keeps the milk flowing and may need to be repeated several times while pumping. Be cautious of your milk level before pressing on the pump.NOTE: Suction can be adjusted by applying different pressure on the back of the Shell.
