General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the legal relationship between the buyer and the seller when purchasing goods from the online store mimikid.lv.
The Seller is SIA Mimikid, registration number: 40203073884, VAT number: LV40203073884, registered address: Strēlnieku iela 13, Centra rajons, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia. By placing an order on www.mimikid.lv, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
1. General Information
1.1. The online store mimikid.lv sells goods through distance contracts.
1.2. These Terms constitute a public offer within the meaning of the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
1.3. The Seller is entitled to amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.
2. Products and Prices
2.1. All products available in the online store are described and displayed with their respective prices.
2.2. Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
2.3. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and the actual product may differ slightly from the images displayed.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. The Buyer places an order independently through the website mimikid.lv.
3.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide true and accurate information.
3.3. The purchase agreement enters into force after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment is made online using the Klix payment solution provided by Citadele Bank.
4.2. Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
4.3. Personal data required for payment processing may be transferred to the payment service provider Klix (AS Citadele banka) to ensure secure payment execution.
4.4. Payments are processed through secure systems, and the Seller does not store bank card details.
5. Delivery
5.1. Information regarding delivery methods, delivery times, and delivery costs is available in the “Delivery” section.
5.2. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the delivery terms before placing an order.
5.3. The following product collection and delivery methods are available:
collection from the store, provided the product is available and the Buyer has received confirmation;
collection from a partner warehouse (for oversized products), the address of which will be provided after order confirmation;
delivery to an Omniva parcel locker, only for products that comply with size restrictions;
courier delivery.
5.4. Estimated delivery times:
parcel locker: 3–5 business days;
courier delivery: up to 5 business days;
in-store pickup: on the same day, provided the product is available and the Buyer has been notified;
the indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on logistical circumstances.
5.5. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when the goods are physically received by the Buyer or the Buyer’s authorized representative.
5.6. If goods are collected from a partner warehouse, the Buyer must collect them within the period specified by the Seller. If the goods are not collected within a reasonable period, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
5.7. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the actions or omissions of third parties (for example, courier services or parcel locker operators).
6. Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns
6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving it.
6.2. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.

6.4. If a product was purchased in a physical store, no monetary refund will be issued, and the Buyer will be offered a gift card equal to the purchase value of the product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. Products are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer or the Seller.
7.2. Warranty terms and conditions are available in the “Warranty Repair” section.
7.3. The Seller shall not be liable for any losses resulting from improper use of the product.
8. Processing of Personal Data
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Mimikid Privacy Policy.
8.2. Data processing is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
9.2. Any disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations or through legal proceedings.
