Delivery


1. General Information

1.1. Information regarding available delivery methods, delivery times, and delivery costs is provided during the checkout process and may be updated from time to time.

1.2. Before placing an order, the Customer is responsible for reviewing the applicable delivery conditions.

1.3. Delivery services are available within the territories specified during the checkout process.


2. Delivery Methods

The Customer may choose one of the following delivery options:

  • Collection from our store, subject to product availability and confirmation from the Seller;
  • Collection from a partner warehouse (for oversized products), with the collection address provided after order confirmation;
  • Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker (only for products that comply with parcel size restrictions);
  • Courier delivery.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Omniva parcel locker: 3–5 business days;
  • Courier delivery: up to 5 business days;
  • Store collection: on the same day, provided the product is available and the Customer has received confirmation.

All delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on logistics, warehouse processing times, product availability, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.


4. Order Processing

4.1. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2. If a product is temporarily unavailable, delayed by the supplier, or cannot be delivered within the estimated timeframe, the Seller will contact the Customer using the contact information provided in the order.

4.3. In such cases, the Seller may offer:

  • an alternative product;
  • partial shipment of available items;
  • an updated delivery estimate;
  • cancellation of the affected item(s) with a refund.

5. Delivery Costs

5.1. Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and depend on the selected delivery method, destination, and order contents.

5.2. Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before the Customer confirms the order.


6. Transfer of Risk

6.1. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Customer when the goods are physically received by the Customer or by a person authorized by the Customer.

6.2. Once the shipment has been delivered in accordance with the selected delivery method, the Seller shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter.


7. Collection from Store or Partner Warehouse

7.1. When store collection or partner warehouse collection is selected, the Customer will be notified when the order is ready for collection.

7.2. The Customer is responsible for collecting the order within the timeframe specified by the Seller.

7.3. If the order is not collected within a reasonable period, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund where applicable.


8. Delivery Delays

8.1. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties, including but not limited to courier companies, parcel locker operators, customs authorities, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

8.2. In the event of a significant delivery delay, the Seller will make reasonable efforts to inform the Customer and provide updated delivery information.


9. Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is delivered with visible damage:

  • Inspect the package in the presence of the courier or upon collection;
  • Record any visible damage on the delivery documentation;
  • Complete a damage report if requested by the carrier;
  • Take photographs of the package and damaged goods;
  • Contact us as soon as possible and provide supporting photographs.

If the external packaging shows no visible signs of damage, inspection in the courier’s presence is not mandatory.
